We’re taking a breather...

Y’all, we gave it our all—trying to keep entry affordable for guests, pay our vendors fairly, and still survive those high event fees… and let’s just say, we learned a lot.

We are so grateful to everyone who helped our events grow, supported us, and joined the fun along the way. If we start booking festivals again, you’ll be the first to know—sign up for our mailing list to stay in the loop.

Thanks for cheering us on while we figure out how to do this sustainably, without losing our minds… or our shirts.

TESTIMONIALS

Farm Where You Live Fairs give you the knowledge and skill to successfully grow and secure your own food supply whether you live in town or country. Investing in techniques to flourish when others barely survive beats any retirement plan; it's even better than buying gold. Mainstream American culture seems oblivious to the problematic trajectory we're on; farm where you live dares to question the downward spiral and brings us together with upward solutions.

I went to the first ever Farm Where You Live event in 2022, and I loved it so much that I signed up to be an instructor at the next event. Farm Where You Live isn't just a place to learn about the homesteading/farming lifestyle. It is also a place to surround yourself with a community and find the people who just get it.

Over of the best gatherings for local homesteaders. Great place to make new friends that become family, learn new techniques to improve homesteading, and come home with local handmade wares. And above all else, a sense of belonging to a community that's far reaching letting you know you aren't alone in this lifestyle.

I have been to two Farm Where You Live events: the 2 day festival that was held in Fountain Inn last Fall and today I went to the Pork Processing event in Greer. These events are all first class. You learn so much and you meet like minded people, which is not usually an easy thing to do for us in the homestead community. The world class speakers and instructor lineup are just the icing on the cake. I've gotten to meet and have great conversations with people like Permaculture Pimp Daddy Billy Bond and his son William, The Hollar's from The Hollar Homestead, Megan Height from Living the Height Life, and the Lunatic Farmer himself Joel Salatin. There are many others but you'll just have to come out and see for yourself. You'll be glad you did!
